What counts as a message?
One thing you say to the assistant and the reply it gives back. A back-and-forth of five turns is five messages. Tool work the assistant does on its own — reading your inbox, checking your calendar — doesn't count against it.
What happens if I hit my monthly limit?
The assistant pauses new replies until the limit resets at the start of your next billing period, or until you move up a plan. Everything you've already saved stays put — tasks, notes, documents, connected mailboxes — and scheduled briefs keep running.
How does billing work?
Monthly, in advance, in INR. It renews automatically until you cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the period you've paid for ends. See the Refund & Cancellation policy for the full terms.
Which email providers work?
Anything with IMAP/SMTP and an app password — Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Fastmail, iCloud, a custom domain. One-click Gmail/Outlook connect is coming later.
Where is my data?
A self-hosted database in a non-US jurisdiction. Sensitive fields — mail credentials, contact details, documents, Vault files — are encrypted with the app's own key before they're stored, and Vault files are encrypted before they ever leave the server. You can export or delete all of it, any time.
Do you train models on my data?
No.
Will it help with anything I ask?
Almost. Sattvin holds a line on a few things — it won't help you take, sell, or misrepresent what isn't yours, and it won't recommend or rank alcohol, gambling, or the like. It's built to never lecture you about it; if you never ask for those, you won't notice it's there.
