Features

One assistant, the whole working life

Added one capability at a time, the same way a good assistant grows into the role — without you having to rearrange anything.

Communication

Email that works the way you'd want an assistant to

Needs-a-reply, surfaced

Sattvin reads your inbox for the messages a real person is waiting on — not newsletters, not receipts — and puts them in front of you. Everything else stays out of the way.

Drafts in your voice

It composes the reply, keeping the whole thread in mind. You see the draft. Nothing sends until you confirm — that's a hard rule, not a setting.

Attach from your Vault

"Email Tony the pitch deck" attaches the actual file. Save an incoming attachment straight into your Vault.

Your mailbox, your keys

Connect over IMAP/SMTP with an app password. Credentials are encrypted; Sattvin never sees your main password.

Time

Meetings and a day that's planned, not just listed

Real calendar invites

Name the person and the time. Sattvin resolves the contact, books the block, and emails a proper .ics invite that lands as accept/decline in Gmail, Outlook, or Apple.

Dincharya

Your daily rhythm — recurring blocks, focus time, the shape of a good day — kept as a template you actually follow.

Planned around what's fixed

Ask Sattvin to plan tomorrow and it works out an order — deadline and priority together — fitting the movable work around the meetings already set.

Capture

Nothing said in passing gets lost

Tasks from conversation

Mention something you need to do and it's captured. Priority is inferred from how you talk about it. Deadlines in plain language are resolved to real dates.

Notes, linked

Dictate meeting notes and Sattvin keeps the note and spins off the action items — connected, so deleting the task doesn't orphan the note.

Contacts

A real address book — names, emails, phones with dial codes, how you're related. "Email my brother" resolves.

Knowledge

Your documents, at hand

Documents & Vault

Upload a PDF, a spreadsheet, a codebase zip. Text documents are searchable; binary files are kept, named, and encrypted before they leave the server.

It draws on what you've saved

Ask about something in a document and Sattvin answers from it — naming the document, because it's yours.

Never makes it up

For anything that has to be exact — a quote, a figure, a passage — Sattvin answers from the source or says it doesn't have it. It won't fabricate.

Unattended

Work that runs without you

Scheduled briefs and drafts

"Every weekday at 8, brief me on the day." "Every Monday, draft my week-ahead standup." Sattvin runs it on the schedule and delivers the result.

Produce-only, by design

A scheduled run drafts, summarises, and briefs. It cannot send an email, create a meeting, or act irreversibly on your behalf. Ever.
